Palmer’s Fitness Suite is designed and equipped with Life-fitness cardio vascular and strength equipment.
- Inductions are compulsory for all users & carried out by one of our fully qualified, experienced instructors.
- During your induction you will receive a programme designed for your own personal goals
- Please wear sports clothing and trainers during this session

Most importantly this will fit into your busy schedule and is a great investment in your time, health & wellbeing. Whether your goals are sports specific or if you just want to improve your personal fitness. Personal training is a fantastic way to achieve these goals.
Junior Gym (11-15 Years) Junior Gym sessions are at select times throughout the week and offer young people an opportunity to use the gym to improve their health and wellbeing.
